Never afraid to innovate, Steve has a very strong background in renewables and biogas technology and has consistently delivered growth wherever he has been.

Neil is a Chartered Engineer with over 35 years’ experience in the Energy Sector and a real expert in his field.
He spent 14 years with Veolia leading a team responsible for developing new industrial and commercial energy solution services before moving to BP International where he managed the divestment of BP Energy to Suez, and then headed up and re-structured a £3billion energy trading contracts portfolio.
Neil then spent time working with and advising RWE Npower and was responsible for a team focused on the development of biomass and renewable projects, organically developing projects and also acquiring developed projects on both fronts.
From 2012 to 2018, Neil supported Centrica by providing expert assistance with the transition of their business into their distributed energy model – this involved the acquisition of many energy companies and disposal of non-core assets.
Neil also supports and is retained by many private equity companies in the renewable and energy sector, assisting them with operational, commercial and financial re-engineering challenges.
A Batchelor of Applied Science from Bath University, Neil has been involved with or led major asset/energy company acquisitions and disposals for the past 20 years.
After over 40 years’ experience in the drainage, water, wastewater and construction industries, Alex decided to set up his own consultancy, H2O Intelligence, in 2016.
Providing direction, advice and support to water and drainage related companies, H20 Intelligence also has a proven track record in growing businesses and improving their standing in the industry.
Before setting up H20 Intelligence, Alex spent 17 years at Hydro International plc working his way through the ranks to become Group Market Development Director.
This followed a similarly lengthy spell at Wavin Building Products, where, at the time of his departure in 1999, he was solely accountable for an 18-strong team of Design Engineers producing over 1200 sewer, drainage and plumbing design schemes per annum.
For the first five years of his working life, Alex gained invaluable experience of the public sector in the Durham County Council Highway Design Section.
Alex has recently become Chair of British Water’s SuWM (Sustainable Water Management) Technical Forum Group, which closely monitors industry regulations and technical issues, channelling relevant work through various focus groups. He is also currently a non-exec board member of British Water.
A hugely respected figure in his field, Alex has chaired and presented at many water and wastewater conferences and seminars including All-Party Parliamentary Group meetings in Westminster.

Before coming on board with IMA, Guy helped to establish a new-start engineering projects company in the biogas sector, securing £12m of orders by the end of Year 2. During his time there, he was also integral to the successful acquisition of two overseas companies, and the subsequent integration of staff and aligned brand development.
Meanwhile, as business development manager at a leading Italian water technology firm, Guy secured £3m of new business over a 12-month period, whilst also executing a growth-focussed project for a leading Scottish Water retailer entering the English market.
Highly motivated with well-developed interpersonal and analytical skills, Guy is a lucid communicator – and a long-suffering Stoke City fan – who enjoys bringing energy to new enterprises and relishes the challenge of delivering results in a pressurised environment.
